Women's Moon Circles
I am a Wild Woman Project circle leader who has been hosting women's circles for the past three years, and I have the added experience of being a psychologist who is familiar with running therapeutic groups. I take these spaces seriously and am committed to creating a welcoming, safe space where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
There is no one type of woman, no one way to express the feminine. We are mysterious, complex, multifaceted, and constantly in flux. My circles celebrate all manifestations of the feminine. You don't have to worry about what you're wearing or if you're doing it right. Just come!
I am honored to share that I have been chosen to lead the first ever women's circle for WellSet at WMN Space in Culver City. WellSet is a platform for practitioners in the wellness industry to market their services and get connected to new clients. I was super flattered, and of course excited, since I absolutely love holding these spaces.
What is a moon circle?
Women have been gathering in circles for thousands of years to connect with the moon cycles, most likely because our menstrual cycle is connected to the moon. Most women ovulate at the full moon and bleed at the new moon.
New moons represent a time of new beginnings, and are a prime time to set intentions for the month ahead. Full moons are a time of celebrating what we have manifested, and let go of things that no longer serve us.
My goal is to build a beautiful, heart-centered, safe and sacred space for us to support each other. Each gathering includes group discussion, guided meditations, and an intention setting ritual related to the current moon cycle.
All spiritual paths are welcome, as well as all of those who identify as women.
Hi all! Moon circles are temporarily paused right now. If COVID-19
restrictions are lifted, I'll email you to let you know (sign up below for updates).
